BLACK JAPANNED SCREWS
Black Japanned finish for increased durability. Used in many ironmongery applications.

BRASS SCREWS
Solid Brass manufacture for excellent corrosion resistance. Suitable for many applications where a traditional, decorative finish is required. We advise using a pilot drill with the solid brass screw.

CARCASS SCREWS
Black Phosphate coating for increased durability. Extremely coarse thread. Designed specifically for chipboard and MDF carcass assembly.

CHIPBOARD SCREWS
Zinc yellow passivated finish for increased durability. Suitable for use with many materials including Timber, Chipboard, MDF, PVCu and similar materials.

COLLATED DRYWALL SCREWS
Designed for fitting dry linings to studding. Black Phosphate finish for increased durability. Collated strip is designed specifically for use with mechanical screw fastening machines. Bugle Head allows the screw to sink effortlessly into the dry lining with out the need for countersinking and minimises damage to the surface. Coarse Thread Collated Drywall Screws. Screws come in 3.5 or 3.9 gauge, both being compatible with nail guns.

CONCRETE FRAME SCREW
Virtually stress free, allowing close to edge applications. Torx head screw for increased torque control. Boxed complete with cover caps and Torx T30 insert bit. Insert bits are available separately. High load capacity with interlocking thread into the base material. Through-fixing, eliminating the need for marking and repositioning. Available in pre-packed, retail display packs.

DECKING SCREWS GREEN TREATED
Green treated for increased outdoor durability. Specifically designed for outdoor wooden decking.

DRYWALL SCREWS
Includes Philips No. 2 insert bit. Zinc plated finish for increased durability. Bugle Head allows the screw to sink effortlessly into the dry lining without the need for countersinking, which in turn minimises damage to the surface.

ELECTRICAL SOCKET SCREWS
Raised Head. Nickel plated for increased durability. Designed for attaching wall sockets, with no point or taper.

SELF TAPPING SCREWS COUNTERSUNK AND PAN HEAD
Bright zinc plated for increased durability. Self tapping screws tap their own thread in a pre-drilled pilot hole, in sheet metal. Single threaded and hardened, they are available in countersunk and pozi pan head.

TIMBER FIX SCREW
Ideal structural fixing solution for wooden joists and beams. ACQ resistant exterior grade coating with up to 1000 hrs salt spray protection. Suitable for both internal and external applications. Hex head for speed of use with magnetic nut setter; included with each box.

SCREWTITE QUALITY WOOD SCREWS
Deep cross recess head eliminating slip out of bit or driver. The part thread eradicates “Jacking” where a full thread would tend to pull materials apart. TS Threadform utilises the technology of both Twinthread and Single thread on the same screw. Ribs on the leading edge of the head, ream and self-countersink the screw. Increased collar size strengthens the most vulnerable part of the screw whilst allowing deeper recess. The screw is CPT hardened. This case and through hardening process allows perfect balance between core ductility and surface strength giving the screw equal qualities to a high tensile bolt, with no requirement for a pilot hole. Tri-lock threadform shank forms as well as cutting a thread, providing 25% less insertion torque but more importantly the screw will not work loose as the wood flexes under use. Unlike other performance screws, Screw-Tite works exceptionally well with most types of Wallplugs as the thread does not have cutting serrations to damage the plug and impede functionality.
